The successful candidate will be based in our stylish Geelong Office, providing Reception and Administrative support. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) administrative support, coordination of various activities and projects, and liaising with internal and external parties.
Reporting to the Office Manager / Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing the overall customer experience for current and potential customers
- Ensuring that each customer/visitor (in person or via telephone) is welcomed warmly, cheerfully and professionally with minimal delay
- Ensuring the entire reception area is kept clean, tidy and uncluttered at all times
- Ensuring that Studio M is kept clean and tidy, and kitchen facilities maintained
- Maintaining adequate knowledge of all products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers and other callers
- Arranging hospitality requirements for customers and meetings
- Provide support to the production administration team
- Assisting with any overflow work as needed from various departments as agreed with your Manager

The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in reception and administration
- Experience in or a genuine passion for the building industry is desirable
- High level of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, organisation and presentation skills
