Bell Real Estate Olinda Sales Pty Ltd is hiring a Full time Receptionist to join our team in Olinda, VIC.

Bell Real Estate is an established brand in the Dandenong Ranges. We have been a household name since 1973 and continue a tradition of being a family owned and operated Real Estate Agency.

We have fresh & vibrant culture and would love to welcome someone to the team who can match our energy and bring their own spark to the table. Our office is passionate about empowering our team to be the best versions of themselves and we pride ourselves on creating and maintaining a positive environment.

Requirements for this role:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Full time hours - Monday to Friday.
  • Real Estate experience preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Must be competent with Office 365 systems.
  • Data entry, administration & customer service.
  • Friendly & positive attitude.
  • Motivated self starter.
  • Attention to detail & highly organised.
  • CV police check required upon appointment of role (compensated).
  • Must have a valid drivers license and transport.
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Greeting clients.
  • Support accounting / Sales staff.
  • Maintaining office supplies & stationery.
  • Weekly Sales email.
  • Basic social media (on-site training will be provided).
  • CRM data entry.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems required for data entry tasks.
  • Distributing and monitoring emails.
  • Adhoc duties as per job description.
  • General housekeeping.
