The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the owners and tenants within your designated portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing a residential property portfolio from end-to-end
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely action and clear communication with owners and tenants
  • Understanding of trust account responsibilities, including banking, creditor runs, and other financial administration accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting tenancy application processing, reference checks, and lease sign-ups
  • Carrying out regular tenancy inspections and ensuring compliance with the WA Residential Tenancies Act
  • Managing rent collection, arrears, and lease renewals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contributing positively to a team-focused work culture

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Current WA Registration in Property Management with an up-to-date understanding of the WA Residential Tenancies Act
  • WA Driver's Licence
  • Confidence with business devices and apps, and experience entering information into CRM software or databases (training will be provided, but experience with Vault and Property Tree is desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working within a team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Strong ability to prioritise workloads with precise attention to detail
  • The ability to work standard business hours, Monday to Friday
  • Current and contactable work referees
  • Residency in the Busselton/Dunsborough Area
