Commercial housekeeper

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Housekeeper to join our team. This role combines property care, guest support, and team collaboration to ensure every stay meets our high standards.

As a Commercial Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our properties, while also providing support for guest services and operational needs. This position involves a mix of weekday cleaning and supervisory duties, plus weekend support across operations and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest cleaning and presentation standards across properties.
• Support and guide cleaning staff, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Organise and manage cleaning supplies and property setups.
• Conduct regular property checks and quality control.
• Assist with guest enquiries and coordinate concierge services (e.g., transport, hampers, tours).
• Provide operational support, including organising trades, resolving maintenance issues, and managing rosters.
• Be available for on-call weekend support for guest or property emergencies.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities for last-minute changes.
• Experience supervising or supporting a housekeeping team.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to assist guests professionally.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.

• Role includes two weekdays off during the week when scheduled to work on the weekend.
• In addition, you will also have one full weekend off per month.
• Annual salary: $70,000.
