Reporting through to the Credit Operations Manager your role will involve:

  • Guide, mentor, and inspire the credit analyst team to deliver exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
  • Assist the Credit Operations Manager in strategic planning, aligning with company goals and customer service standards.
  • Identify system enhancements and work with IT on continuous improvement processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions, promoting team development and a strong support culture.
  • Create an inclusive work atmosphere that values all team members, ensuring they feel appreciated, connected, and engaged.
  • Oversee loan application processing, maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
  • Proactively support credit assessment, utilizing delegated lending authority to assist the team as needed.
  • Identify training needs, developing tailored plans to enhance decision-making skills and build team capabilities.
  • Manage team performance and well-being, fostering a culture that prioritizes growth and work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate regular training sessions and consistent communication across locations.
  • Work with credit management and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction through aligned processes and strategies.
