Position Classification: Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP will be under a maximum 3-year contract paid at CNC2 whilst undertaking requirements to become an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner. On endorsement, the position holder will transition to NP Year 1.)
Remuneration: $131, $149,538.56 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)

About the role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Wound Nurse Practitioner or Transitional Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert wound care across Western NSW, supporting patients and clinicians through virtual consultations and integrated care. This role involves managing a wide range of acute and chronic wound presentations, making and receiving referrals, and travelling across rural and remote areas as needed.
This role offers you a breadth of experience and you'll be a pivotal part of meeting our goal of healthier rural people in thriving communities.
