Help patients take control of their health with data that matters. At Vively, we pair comprehensive labs (50+ biomarkers), continuous biomonitoring and clinician-led care to help people make informed choices — then we coach them to lasting change.
About VivelyVively is a data-driven virtual clinic. We start with the right data — comprehensive blood tests (50+ markers), patient history and, where relevant, CGM — and turn it into personalised, actionable care. Our clinicians practise to clear protocols with tight governance and escalation, so patients get safe decisions and follow-through: medication when appropriate, or a structured non-pharmacological/lifestyle medicine plan integrated with our in-app coaching. It's human care, instrumented by data — giving people agency to take control of their health with data that matters.
The opportunityOwn the consult end-to-end: review labs, synthesise risk, discuss options, and either (a) initiate a GLP-1 pathway when clinically appropriate and within scope, or (b) craft a non-pharmacological/lifestyle medicine plan and hand off into our coaching program. You'll work to clear protocols with escalation to our Medical Director (Dr Michelle Woolhouse), and smart tooling that strips away admin so you can practise at the top of your scope.
What you'll do- Telehealth consults (~25 min) to review comprehensive biomarker panels and history; document succinctly (SOAP) in our practice management system.
- Risk-stratify (red flags/contraindications) and escalate per protocol to the Medical Director.
- Shared decision-making: discuss lifestyle, medication benefits/risks, alternatives and monitoring; obtain informed consent.
- Prescribe within NP scope using e-scripts.
- Care navigation: transition non-pharm candidates to Vively's coaching plan; set CGM/lab follow-ups
- Quality & governance: participate in case reviews/audits; contribute to pathway improvements (weight loss first; peri/menopause, PCOS next).
- Structured assessment: synthesise 50+ biomarkers with history and red flags to risk-stratify and decide next steps.
- Transparent decisions: document rationale for initiate / defer / escalate; obtain informed consent; set monitoring cadence.
- Closed-loop follow-up: order targeted labs, leverage CGM where appropriate, and connect patients to coaching for behaviour change.
- Quality signals: audit-ready notes, protocol adherence, timely escalation for edge cases.
- AHPRA registration with Nurse Practitioner endorsement; alignment with NMBA Nurse Practitioner Standards for Practice.
- Eligible for Medicare provider & prescriber numbers; PBS prescribing within NP scope where authorised.
- Telehealth-ready practice: privacy, identity checks, consent and safe remote prescribing hygiene.
- Tech fluency (PMS/EHR, e-script exchange, secure messaging) and crisp written and spoken English for patient comms.
- Comfortable with weight-management consults; keen to train on GLP-1 protocols and metabolic coaching integration.
- Experience in endocrine/metabolic and women's health (peri/menopause, PCOS).
- Familiarity with CGM data and behaviour-change approaches.
- Prior experience in high-tempo virtual clinics with protocol-driven prescribing and clear escalation pathways.
- ~PGY4+ equivalent post-grad experience (or comparable seniority) — calm, autonomous decision-making.
- ≥90% documentation completeness and ≥80% time-in-slot (25-min consult + notes) without compromising safety.
- Protocol adherence on prescribing/deferrals; zero inappropriate initiations on audit; timely escalations.
- Follow-through: % of patients with a documented plan + booked follow-up (prescription/coaching/CGM) within 2–12 weeks.
- Patient impact: high CSAT/NPS and evidence of plan execution (attendance, lab repeats, coaching engagement).
- Remote-first: work from anywhere in Australia, flexible scheduling in AEST blocks (minimum four days a week)
- Clinical community with governance, protocols and mentorship from our Medical Director.
- Competitive pay.
- Minimal admin: streamlined e-scripting, simple notes workflows, and a patient-first product that keeps engagement high.
Send your CV and a short note covering:
- Your NP scope and states/territories;
- Telehealth setup;
- GLP-1/metabolic experience;
- Preferred availability (days/hours).
