About the Role

We're seeking passionate and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioners to join our growing virtual care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care via telehealth, supporting Australians with chronic health conditions, preventative care, and general health needs.

This is a fully remote position – you can work from anywhere with a secure internet connection.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients across Australia
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat a range of acute and chronic health conditions
  • Develop and manage patient care plans, particularly for chronic disease management
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as required
  • Collaborate with other providers and refer patients to appropriate services
  • Document consultations and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Support regional and underserved communities through accessible care

What We're Looking For

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner (or soon to be credentialed)
  • We welcome newly credentialed and soon-to-be credentialed Nurse Practitioners to apply
  • Interest in chronic disease management, primary care, and regional health
  • Confidence working independently with strong clinical reasoning
  • Passion for innovation, digital health, and improving access to care
  • Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space to consult from
