Role Description

(Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Prescriber & Mobile Infusion Lead (Contract · ABN required · Sydney Metro)

  • Telehealth competent
    (patient medical history, clear documentation, virtual-care standards).
  • Confident at IV cannulation and infusion
  • Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
    for mobile sessions
  • Familiarity working with
    community pharmacies
    and coordinating multi-item dispensing

Qualifications

  • Excellent clinical skills and determining patient eligibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • AHPRA-endorsed
    Nurse Practitioner (NSW)
    with current
    prescriber/provider number
  • Professional, discreet communicator; comfortable practicing solo in new environments
  • Valid Australian contractor ABN
  • Current PI insurance
