With strong growth and exciting expansion ahead, we're looking for a skilled Concierge (Intake Officer) to join our Werribee head office.


About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for all new enquiries, families, and referrers — helping participants access the right services with care and efficiency.

This is an office-based role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving and delivering an exceptional client experience within the NDIS and disability support sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate new referrals promptly to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Liaise with NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders to convert enquiries into active clients.
  • Verify and manage funding requests (NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, DVA, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate client records, case notes and communications.
  • Provide tailored guidance on available supports and funding options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with referrers and community partners.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in NDIS, disability, community, or aged care services.
  • Solid understanding of person-centred practice and intake coordination.
  • Strong communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
