**About the role**

This is a full time, permanent role and is primarily a work from home role, you may be required to come into the office one a week or occasionally for team meetings but you will mostly be working from your home office or out meeting with your clients.

As a support coordinator you will be supporting people with disabilities of all ages to understand their plans, connect to services and achieve their goals.

Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

- Support NDIS participants to connect to services relevant to their needs and goals and within their funding budgets
- Regular catch up's with your clients to ensure they are working towards their goals
- Working in line with the NDIS legislation and guidelines and educating your clients on these guidelines
- Writing reports to submit to the NDIS at multiple checkpoints during the year
- Supporting clients to work through crises should they arise

**Salary**: $61,809.42 - $64,880.79 per year
