Your Role: Make an Impact

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead and oversee operations at our medical clinic in Caloundra, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a supportive team culture and help shape the future of medicine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, billing and record-keeping.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Implement and refine policies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to drive improvements and innovation.
  • Analyse practice data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Represent the practice in external engagements with suppliers, regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in practice management software and electronic medical records.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence.
  • A collaborative approach with a commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Experience using Best Practice and Hotdoc programs
