We are seeking 2 professional and reliable Medical Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team at our family medical practice in Ivanhoe.

The successful applicants will be required to work between:

Monday to Friday days per week ) each 1:30 pm to 6:00pm and rotating

Saturdays 8:30am to 12:00pm

with flexibility to provide additional coverage during periods of annual leave and personal sick leave.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully supported in your role. Please note, our clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

*Good time management with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines

*Friendly and confident when greeting and assisting patients

*Courteous and efficient when answering phone calls.

*Reliable, punctual and caring in all patient interactions.

We are looking for team members who are organized, dependable and committed to delivering excellent service in a medical practice.

Must have previous Medical Reception experience. Our clinic is currently using Best Practice software.
