We now have a permanent full-time opportunity within our Service Operations team for a Returns Officer based in our Sydney office.

Typical days look like this:


• Act as the key point of contact for all returns, credits, and cancellations.


• Ability to inspect, understand and potentially test when required products that come through the business.


• Process and document all return and credit transactions accurately and within defined timeframes.


• Collaborate with internal teams – Sales, Operations, Vendors, and Finance – to ensure seamless and transparent handling of returns.


• Respond to general inquiries and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management where required.


• Maintain clear, compliant documentation in line with ASI's Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001).


• Support internal reviews and process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To join the team, you will need to have:

Essential


• Experience in returns, credit processing, order management, or related operations roles.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.


• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems


• Understanding of documentation and financial accountability principles.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable


• Experience working in a distribution, logistics, or IT environment.


• Experience as a returns officer in supply chain logistics.


• Strong reporting skills to support reconciliation and performance tracking.
