About the Role
As the Return to Work Administrator, you will be the go-to person for our team, managing a wide range of administrative tasks that keep us on track. Your daily responsibilities will involve maintaining employee health records, processing claims, coordinating travel and providing general administrative support. You'll be a key player in a high-energy environment, where your ability to multitask and adapt will be highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining employee health surveillance records and scheduling follow-ups.
- Providing medical reports to employees and managers.
- Processing and uploading claim-related documents, including Work Capacity Certificates and invoices.
- Creating new claims and recording workplace incidents in the injury management system.
- Processing weekly payments and managing the Return-to-Work email inbox.
- Providing administrative support to HR, L&D and other R&C functions.
- Coordinating travel bookings for our team.
- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and completing goods receipting.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with South Australian Workcover claims.
- Experience in an administration support role.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, Solv ConnX).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, work autonomously and adapt to conflicting deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- A current driver's licence (Essential).
- A Return-to-Work Coordinator Certificate (Preferred).
- A Mental Health First Aid certification (Preferred).
