Looking for a role where you can influence prescribing behaviour, own your territory, and be backed by a respected portfolio? This permanent, full-time position covers Melbourne's Inner West and surrounds, including regional travel approximately one week in every six. Perfect for an experienced rep who's commercially savvy and ready to take the reins.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for a high-potential territory, influencing prescribing habits through strategic customer engagement and impactful messaging. Supported by an experienced manager and a high-performing team, you'll have the freedom and backing to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence prescribing behaviour across the VIC Inner West territory
  • Promote a portfolio of respiratory products that are quickly eroding the market share of their competitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with GPs and key stakeholders
  • Deliver clinical and commercial messaging via face-to-face and virtual channels
  • Travel to a regional territory approx. one week in every six
  • Use data and insights to drive strategy, planning, and execution
  • Achieve or exceed sales and territory growth targets

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1+ years' GP pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong track record in influencing prescribing decisions
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with multichannel customer engagement
  • Resilient, driven, and team-oriented with a commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support regional territory
