The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney team and take a lead role in the delivery of a major water treatment plant project. You will work directly with the company directors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on delivery role with a clear pathway into a senior management position, offering the opportunity to grow as the business continues its expansion throughout New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across scope, budget, and timeframes
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Drive quality, safety, and environmental outcomes across all stages
  • Maintain strong communication with directors, clients, and key stakeholders
  • Lead by example in fostering Tallai's culture of collaboration and excellence

About You

  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure or water projects
  • Strong technical background in water/wastewater treatment construction desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
