We're seeking a motivated and well-rounded Project Manager to join our team and oversee government infrastructure projects across the Northern Rivers region.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.


About the Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating works across multiple sites
  • Managing project documentation and reporting
  • Adjusting schedules for priority works
  • Liaising with clients to ensure expectations and outcomes are met
  • Monitoring milestones and maintaining quality controls
  • Supporting our ISO-certified Integrated Management System
  • Mentoring and developing team members

What You'll Need:
  • Industry experience
  • Relevant degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or Project Management
  • Strong capability in scoping, planning, and directing project activities
  • Experience in government and civil infrastructure
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead with confidence
