Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

• Completion of a degree, certificate, or diploma in any field.

• Proficiency in using cloud-based and local software for creating presentations, reports, and marked-up drawings.
• Demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the painting or construction industry.
• Proven track record in a sales role.
• Familiarity with job management software such as AroFlo, Deputy, Nearmaps, AutoCAD, Revit, HubSpot, , and SimPRO.
• Additional certifications in sales techniques, construction management, or relevant software tools.

Compensation: Salary will vary depending on the experience and skills the candidate brings to the position. Uncapped commissions are available for the right candidate. Other parts of the package could include a vehicle, vehicle allowance, fuel cards, and eTags.
