We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team, based out of our sales suite in Victoria Point Lakeside Shopping Centre. This is a full time, permanent position.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and customer centric with a genuine passion for the Real Estate industry.

**As the Sales Associate, you will primarily be tasked with**:

- Lead interaction between our customers and the development team.
- Prepare responses to customer enquiries and correspondence to customers, working with team members as required.
- Summarise interactions and issues which require escalation to management for resolution
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Inputting interactions into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers
- Take ownership of all customer requests and issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction

**What you need to succeed**
- An ability to demonstrate strong experience in customer service, sales or property management support or administrative duties.
- Ideally previous experience in the property or real estate industry
- A customer focused approach and attitude.
- Experience using a CRM system will be highly desirable for this role but not essential.
- A QLD Sales Certificate would be highly beneficial
