Key Responsibilities and Required Criteria:

  • Relevant degree in Architecture
  • Confident leader with 3+ years' experience in leading a project under the guidance of a Team Leader
  • Manage and motivate a project team of Architects, Graduates and Technicians, maintaining a focus on design excellence and delivering successful outcomes for clients
  • Undertake delivery of projects in accordance with the brief, including comprehensive return briefing
  • Managing client and consultants through entire design/build process with minimal supervision
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Development Application, Construction Certificate, and Tender Documentation process
  • Thorough understanding of the BCA, Australian Standards, and construction principles
  • Oversee regular internal systems review and analysis to ensure continuous improvement
  • Full Australian working rights

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills. Promoting open and clear communications internally
  • Problem-solving ability, independent learning, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • A hunger for knowledge
  • Ability to represent the practice in meetings with senior client stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors
