Your new role
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll take ownership of major technology initiatives-leading end-to-end delivery across planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards, while applying the most suitable methodology for each initiative, whether predictive or adaptive. You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure project outcomes transition smoothly into business operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and digital solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- A flexible approach to delivery, with hands-on experience using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, and Kanban.
- A strategic mindset, capable of aligning project scope with business priorities and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and a solid understanding of governance, risk, and change management.
