The Role
As Property & Projects Manager, reporting to the Corporate Services Senior Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operations of facilities and projects across all campuses, ensuring safe, efficient, and inspiring learning spaces. You'll oversee maintenance programs, campus upgrades, lease management, and special projects that directly enhance teaching and learning experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and grow the Facilities and Projects team across multiple campuses.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all facilities and projects, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe campus operations.
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance to keep campuses safe, compliant, and functional.
- Manage contractors, service providers, and capital works projects, delivering on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, building regulations, and environmental standards.
- Support campus planning, growth, and improvements, providing advice to the Corporate Services Senior Leader.
- Collaborate with educational leaders to ensure facilities meet teaching and learning needs.
What We're Looking For
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites.
- Strong track record in campus/facilities management, including project delivery and maintenance programs.
- Experience in lease management and contractor oversight.
- Skilled in budgeting, planning, and using facilities management software.
