We're looking for an experienced Service Technician in VIC to join our expanding team of Water Filter Service Technicians

About This Position

  • Service and maintain whole-of-house and reverse osmosis water filtration systems for our residential clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility required.
  • Your daily route will be efficiently mapped, primarily focusing on Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs (e.g., Glen Waverley, Dandenong, Frankston).
  • A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

Key Skills + Experience Required

  • Professional and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
  • Plumbing or a background in general maintenance will be highly valued.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and occasional extended periods of driving.
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Problem-solver with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
  • Team player who works well independently.
  • Required to complete a National Police Clearance & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
  • Prior experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
