Qualifications & experience

  • Great attention to details
  • Cleaning skills
  • Drivers licence
  • Labouring experience as this is a physically demanding role
  • IICRC & ITI accreditation is preferred but not compulsory
  • Previous experience in water damage restoration is necessary
  • Positive attitude
  • Leadership skills
  • Initiative and a can- do attitude
  • ability to work independently or in a team

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Perform mould, water and fire damage restoration for residential and commercial clients using professional equipment.
  • Evaluate and report on works needed on a job.
  • Ensure all cleaning/ restoration tasks are completed to the highest standard and in accordance to IICRC standards.
  • Maintain and care for all cleaning & restoration equipment and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Removing damaged building materials and installing/monitoring drying equipment
