Duties Overview

As a Client Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing proactive support to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the start.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they become problems.
  • Assisting clients through their pre-approval process.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure clients have all of the information they need throughout their journey with APS.
  • Keep up to date and accurate client records in the CRM.
  • Attend to client questions and provide solution based answers.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
