About the Role

As a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you will focus on building strong, long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for client success, and creating mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active SME clients
  • Promote client products/services across business networks
  • Create trade opportunities and solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Identify new opportunities to drive client growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong client relationship management experience or transferable skills
  • Confidence to identify and present business solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and working with structured processes
