As we continue to welcome new clients into the newbook family, the need to bring on passionate and dedicated team members grows. We are currently seeking a highly organised administrator to assist with onboarding our new clients onto our platform and services.

Activities include:

- Support our onboarding consultants with client set-up, data cleansing and data tasks as part of the client onboarding journey.
- Program management of the onboarding process, ensuring clients are meeting milestones and internal teams are resourced and prepared
- Data entry of complex client data
- Become a bit of an expert in our product, and help train others when needed
- Assist cross-functional teams with product support as required

About you
- Attention to detail is one of your superpowers
- Extremely well organized
- Tech savvy on the basics, don't worry, we will train you on our system
- A natural problem solver
- Able to work independently and #getstuffdone
