
Luxury Client Specialist

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to deliver a high-quality customer experience and achieve commercial success.
Build trust and credibility by understanding client needs and preferences, providing personalized service, and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct needs assessments, identify sales opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive client engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client interactions and optimize overall client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and execute client engagement plans, including appointment setting, follow-up communications, and loyalty programs.
- Stay organized and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communication history.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and respond to unexpected situations.

- Individual sales performance and KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).
- Service targets (Guest Experience, Net promoter score).
- New client acquisition (conversion and retention).
- Number of appointments held on a monthly basis.
