To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2 years of proven management experience

  • Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments

  • Revenue, profitability and quality control in all BOH and FOH areas

  • You will ensure efficient restaurant operations are continually met

  • Experience in stock management

  • Advanced communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Effective time management and productivity qualities

  • Problem solving and decision making skills

  • Display excellent personal hygiene, presentation and grooming standards

  • Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards

  • Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S

  • A current RSA Certificate

  • Full Time contract offered at $75,000-$85,000 per annum not inclusive of superannuation.

  • A Diploma Qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience
