Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time

We're looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same—managing both restaurant service and multiple events at once.

What we're looking for:

· Experience in a busy restaurant or event venue ( 2 years minimum experience required)

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Highly organised with the ability to multi-task

· Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving

· Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Your role will include:

· Overseeing daily restaurant operations (open/close shifts)

· Managing table allocations and optimising capacity

· Leading and motivating the floor team

· Coordinating staffing needs

· Ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences

· Resetting the venue for the next shift/day

Details:

· Full-time position with weekend work required

· Shared supervisory role, allowing for a balance of shifts and work/life flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
