Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on HR professional who can drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Lead training and development programs to foster professional growth.
  • Analyse HR metrics to improve workforce planning and productivity.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role working within the Restaurant Industry or Quick Service Restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
