Contract Role | Large-Scale Implementation Project
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major payroll system implementation in a large organisation. You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and supporting testing activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Gather and document business and system requirements (waterfall environment)

Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture needs from stakeholders
-
Map processes and write clear procedure manuals and supporting documentation
-
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment
-
Provide support throughout the testing phase
-
Collaborate with Payroll SMEs and related teams (e.g. rostering, workforce planning)
-
Experience working in a Payroll team is essential

Proven experience in payroll system implementation in a large organisation

Experience with ADP payroll systems is highly desirable
-
Solid understanding of HR functions such as core HR and onboarding is a plus
-
Strong facilitation and communication skills

Great listener and confident communicator

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
-
Team player, adaptable, and happy to support SMEs when needed
