What you'll be doing
As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of weekly payroll across Linfox's wholly owned Australian entities. You'll be part of a high-performing team that values precision, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end processing of weekly payroll, leave forms and entitlement reconciliations
- Onboarding new starters and managing terminations
- Maintaining payroll records and supporting queries from across the business
- Preparing and distributing weekly costing reports to site managers
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to system/process improvements

You'll bring:
- Minimum 2 years' payroll experience in large corporate or operational settings
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience with SAP, Kronos or similar enterprise payroll systems
- Strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset
