Lewis Hotels operates 12 successful Hospitality venues across Greater Sydney.

We take a hands-on approach when it comes to running our venues and ensure our team are supported when delivering what our venues have to offer to our customers.
About youExperience in a similar role would be ideal, however we provide full training for the right candidate.
This role is an entry level position with a minimum requirement of 25hrs per week (3 days) and up to 38hrs if desired.
We require someone with excellent time management skills, the ability to work in a team and autonomously, whilst managing and meeting tasks set by the office manager.
Ideally you would be ready for an immediate start.
To be successful in this role you will need:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills - Outlook, Word & Excel
- To be organised by nature and have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Professional phone manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Document preparation - Scanning / Filing
- Data Entry
- General office administration support to the office team
