Overview

IT Systems Administrator (Siebel) — Australian Taxation Office

We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven leader to join our Digital Client Interactions team. As an IT Systems Administrator (Siebel), in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area, you will lead one or more work teams and be accountable for managing staff performance and the allocation of resources. You'll plan, coordinate and deliver detailed, complex, technical, or sensitive projects that impact strategic or operational outcomes. You'll collaborate with key business partners to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.

You will produce high-level policy advice and engage in complex problem solving and issues management. You'll build team capability through coaching, training, and providing feedback. You'll model and encourage others to adopt an agile approach while also advocating a culture of continuous improvement.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds or Penrith. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experienced and strategically driven leader with ability to lead teams and manage performance.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering complex projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to provide policy advice, engage in problem solving, and support continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work across multiple locations and adapt to ongoing or non-ongoing engagements.
