At its heart is East Hotel, a one-of-a-kind destination in the vibrant Kingston precinct, home to Agostinis, Joe's Bar, and Azuma Den. We  also proudly operate Café Sosta and Occasioni at separate locations.  Unrivalled in our service, our warm and friendly attitude to all our guests and our ability to be creative and spontaneous, we ensure that every experience is memorable and keeps you coming back for more.

We are looking for staff across multiple areas of our business, some roles will require travel to multiple venues across Canberra, and shift work.

Food and Beverage Department

Front of House Roles – Wait staff

Conference and Events – Floor staff for the Christmas period (could extend for the right candidate)

Back of House Roles - Kitchens

Agostinis - Chefs with a minimum of 1 year experience

Azuma Den- Chef (min 1 years)

Cafe Sosta - Cook

Kitchen attendants and Dish Hands for multiple venues

Hotel Department

Housekeeping East Hotel - Public area Attendants and Housekeepers

Front Office East Hotel - Guest services Agents
