**About the Role**
As a **Post Placement Support Consultant**, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.
**Location: Must be based within the Hobart region**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face-to-face contact.
- Monitoring their progress, addressing any challenges they may encounter in the workplace, and offering guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.
- Preparing and submitting claim evidence and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with contractual and organisational requirements.
- Identifying and recommending additional or alternative training, resources, or support services based on the individual needs and circumstances of each participant.
- Effectively managing a PPS caseload, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

**What we need from you**:
- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation
- Strong engagement and relationship building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
