Responsibilities:

  • Drive impactful training and development initiatives that support career growth and team excellence
  • Lead and support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant workplace laws and policies, maintaining a safe and supportive work environment
  • Be a trusted advisor, sounding board, and cheerleader for our growing Collective

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in People & Culture, HR, or Organisational Development
  • Is energetic, approachable, and solutions-focused
  • Is excited by the idea of making a real impact in a fast growing company
  • Can juggle multiple priorities with a smile (and maybe a coffee in hand)
  • Brings fresh ideas to the table and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
