You're not intimidated by complexity. We Brand integrates with existing file storage, manages brand governance, and serves distributed teams. You can understand technical products and translate them into clear value propositions for marketing leaders, brand managers, and IT decision-makers.

You've driven demand generation and pipeline growth in B2B SaaS before, ideally in enterprise or mid-market. You know how to coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, align with sales, and measure what actually matters (pipeline, revenue, not just MQLs).

What You'll Own

You'll drive demand and pipeline growth for We Brand, our B2B brand compliance platform for enterprise organizations. This is about attracting and converting marketing leaders, brand managers, and distributed teams who need to maintain brand compliance at scale.

Your work includes:

  • Developing and executing demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise marketing and brand teams
  • Building multi-channel campaigns (paid search, LinkedIn, content syndication, email, webinars, partnerships)
  • Creating and optimizing conversion paths (landing pages, gated content, demo requests)
  • Coordinating with sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert to pipeline and revenue
  • Running experiments to improve campaign performance and lower CAC
  • Analyzing funnel metrics and reporting on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Collaborating with product marketing to align messaging, positioning, and content
  • Testing new channels and tactics for reaching enterprise buyers

This role requires understanding both the art (messaging, positioning) and the science (metrics, optimization) of B2B growth.

What We're Looking For

B2B SaaS experience:

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS (enterprise or mid-market experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through marketing campaigns
  • Experience with enterprise marketing channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content, ABM, webinars)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with B2B metrics (pipeline, SQL, win rates, CAC:LTV)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)

Enterprise understanding:

  • You know how to market to enterprise buyers (longer cycles, multiple decision-makers, focus on ROI and compliance)
  • You can translate complex product features into clear business value
  • You understand brand management, marketing operations, or enterprise content workflows (bonus, not required)

Operator qualities:

  • You execute quickly and iterate based on data
  • You collaborate effectively with sales, product marketing, and leadership
  • You communicate clearly and can present campaign results and recommendations
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can build processes from scratch

Bonus points:

  • Experience in marketing technology, DAM, brand management software, or martech
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise demand gen
  • Familiarity with brand compliance, governance, or distributed marketing challenges
