Your Role in the Blueprint

We're on the hunt for a sharp, detail-driven Draftsperson who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be at the heart of our design team, turning concepts into reality and ensuring every plan meets the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Crafting and refining technical drawings using ArchiCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project teams to bring designs to life
  • Researching materials and detailing solutions that elevate our builds
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and the Building Code of Australia
  • Managing your workflow to meet deadlines without compromising quality

About You

You're not just good—you're precise, proactive, and passionate about residential design.

You bring:

  • 3–5 years' drafting experience in housing and construction
  • A deep understanding of Australian building codes and standards
  • A knack for interpreting technical drawings and delivering high-quality documentation
  • Strong time management and self-checking skills
  • Mastery of drafting software (ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD)
