Are you a skilled architectural draftsperson with a strong foundation in residential design and a sharp eye for detail? We're looking for someone with proven experience in Australian residential architecture who's proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape to join our collaborative team.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality architectural documentation and 3D visualisations for a range of residential projects. You'll work closely with Designers, Consultants, and Clients, playing a key role in delivering innovative, practical, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using Revit
  • Create visualisations and concept models in SketchUp and Enscape
  • Coordinate with project teams and external consultants
  • Ensure all documentation complies with current NCC codes and Australian standards
  • Assist with design development and project coordination
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 3–4 year's experience in residential architecture (Australia)
  • High proficiency in Revit (essential), plus SketchUp and Enscape
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and residential building codes
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
