ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you'll bring your technical expertise and design experience to support commercial projects from concept to completion. You will:

  • Work on various commercial and large-scale projects
  • Generate 3D models and graphic presentations/visualisations
  • Produce drawings, documents & specifications for various bespoke trade packages
  • Develop and maintain a library of Revit model families
  • Coordinate models seamlessly with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Apply building codes, the NCC, and Australian Standards to ensure all designs and documentation are compliant
  • Provide support to site teams by coordinating and maintaining BIM models
  • Support the growth of the Design Department and BIM management system

ABOUT YOU

You have:

  • A Diploma in Building Design / Drafting or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years' experience in design, preferably in architectural or construction projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Autodesk AEC Collection
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, confidently liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Solid knowledge of statutory Building Codes & Standards, and familiarity with the NCC and Australian Standards
