Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the Chief Executive Officer, based in Brisbane, QLD. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, overseeing operations, managing financial performance, and formulating long-term business strategies. The CEO will collaborate with stakeholders, lead the company's vision, and ensure organizational goals align with its mission and values.

· Commercial Excellence: Drive global sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers, deepen relationships with existing partners, and expand into new geographic territories.

· Proven CEO or Senior Executive Experience: You have successfully led a B2B technology, hardware, or SaaS company through a significant growth phase. Experience in a founder-led or private-equity-backed environment is a plus.

· Strategic Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that have driven substantial revenue growth and market share expansion, ideally on a global scale.

· Operational & Financial Prowess: Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting. A hands-on leader who can build systems and processes for scale.
