The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Advisor/Manager to join our Business Services team. We are looking for someone who is technically proficient, with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to step up and demonstrate your strong accounting and supervisory abilities while engaging in responsibilities including;

  • Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies;
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management and stakeholders;
  • Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements;
  • Providing taxation advice on various matters including business structures, succession and operational matters,
  • Preparing and reviewing Income Tax Returns;
  • Preparation of cash flow and financial models for various projects;
  • Mentoring team members; and
  • Providing clients with advisory services.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

  • Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major;
  • 6+ years experience in a similar role;
  • Currently completing or CA/CPA qualified;
  • Can commit to a minimum of 37.5hrs/week;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.
