Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell, residential properties. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate properties
  • Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Guide clients through the process of listing, showing, and closing real estate transactions
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (e.g., contracts)
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and zoning laws
  • Attend open houses, networking events, and training sessions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting, referrals, and CRM tools
  • Coordinate property inspections and appraisals

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Valid real estate license in Queensland
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM software and MLS listings

Work Environment:
