Property Manager

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties in the local surrounding suburbs
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
- Leasing inspections
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Conducting entry/exit reports and bond finalisations
- CMA Preparation for Rental/Lease review recommendations

Responsibilities and tasks conducted by others within team:

- New tenant signup packs
- Issuing of leases and follow up
- Arrears management
- Advertising and portal management of for lease properties
- Daily trust accounting and owner disbursements
- Invoicing of water bills

Technology used by our office:

- Property Me (PME)
- Eagle CRM
- Realworks
- HelloSign

We require you to have:

- Current Real Estate Registration issued by the Office of Fair Trading
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in property management
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Have a vibrant positive attitude
- Positive and professional work ethic

Remuneration:

- Salary depending on experience level and number of years in Property Management
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Take home company car and fuel card

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
