Branch Manager

Tradelink Beenleigh is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to enhance its strategic position in the plumbing wholesale market. We are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional people skills and a genuine talent for hands-on leadership to play a key role in shaping the company's trajectory. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. 

You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales and customer relationships, and manage a small, dedicated team – all while shaping a culture built on teamwork, growth, and customer excellence. 

Your new role: 

Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the operations, overall sales, and profitability of the business. 

You will:

• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and advice with your deep level of industry expertise and superior business knowledge.
• Implement and drive business, product, and sales strategies, to grow revenue and market share across all segments.
• Effectively manage all systems and procedures to control performance of the business to meet and exceed targets.
• Build valued and successful working relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, train and develop your team to achieve measurable results.

What you'll need to succeed: 

You're a driven and approachable leader who thrives on responsibility and connection. You bring a balance of commercial smarts and practical know-how, with a focus on people and performance, including: 

• Proven leadership experience within the plumbing or trade industry
• Client focused and results driven, you are confident and skilled in interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics.
• Your hands-on, dynamic approach supports your capacity to drive growth in this sector and lead a high performing multifunctional team.
• With excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships and developing new commercial opportunities.
• Ability to interpret P&L and drive profitability
• You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
