Dental Practice Manager – 4 Days per Week

Location: Dental House Gladesville

Hours: 4 days per week (with flexibility)

Salary: Excellent remuneration for the right candidate

About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the practice. You'll provide strong leadership and support to our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring an excellent patient experience and the highest standards of care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the dental and administrative teams
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements
  • Manage patient flow and deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and payroll coordination
  • Coordination of equipment maintenance and assist with ordering
  • Oversee financial processes including budgeting, reporting, and performance targets
  • Implement and monitor practice policies, procedures, and quality improvements
  • Support marketing initiatives and help grow the practice

About You:

  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role (dental, healthcare, or similar environment preferred)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years management or leadership experience is required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident, approachable, and proactive with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Competent with practice management software and general IT systems
  • We will provide training on dental practice management software for suitable candidates
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive team culture
