Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for export coordination and regulatory compliance?

Manildra Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Ethanol Export Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract.

About the role:

As the Ethanol Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the export of ethanol products to international markets. You'll ensure compliance with export regulations, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate documentation while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Ethanol, you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule and manage bulk ethanol shipments via road, rail, and sea freight
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and port authorities
  • Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, declarations, certificates)
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and international export regulations
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and government agencies
  • Monitor inventory and forecast export volumes
  • Communicate with international customers and resolve queries
  • Maintain accurate records and generate export reports
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices

About you:

To be our new operator, you will need:

  • Experience in export coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Fluency in Mandarin – essential for liaising with international customers and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ethanol or chemical product handling and export regulations (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export documentation systems
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
